New Accounts & Credit Approval:

First time orders must be paid with Visa or Mastercard at the time of shipping. The minimum order is $500.00.

For credit approval, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Payment terms for accounts are strictly net 30 days.

Out of Stock Items:

Items that are out of stock will not be backordered. Please reorder these items.

Damages or Mis-Ships:

Damages and mis-ships must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All returns and credit notes must be authorized by Art Frame in advance. No credit notes will be issued without receipt of the damaged products by the Company.

Art Frame LLC. attempts to reproduce the designs seen in this website as closely as possible. However, there may be minor discrepancies between actual product and what appears in the website. In some instances, a moulding or mat may not be available. Therefore, a similar moulding or mat would replace it.
