New Accounts & Credit Approval :
First time orders must be paid with Visa or Mastercard at the time of shipping. The minimum order is $500.00. For credit approval , please allow us 6-8 weeks For processing.
Payment terms for accounts are strictly net 30 days.

Damages Or Mis-Ships
Damages and mis-ships must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All returns and credit notes must be authorized by Art Frame in advance. No credit notes will be issued without receipt of the damaged products by the Company.
Report shipping damages to Carrier company immediately..
